Find calm down by the Ouse

It’s looking glorious down by the river right now, with riverbank trees, hedgerows and shrubs bursting into spring bud, leaf and blossom!
There’s another reason to head for the Ouse. Apparently, being by water is in itself good for body and mind. It slows us down, and triggers a sense of meditative calm and contentment that has been called ‘ blue mind’.
