Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy – January 2023

We are committed to reducing inequality, valuing diversity and enabling inclusion. We are welcoming, friendly and respectful to all those we meet in the course of our work.

We recognise that there are significant inequalities in our area of work and a number of groups underrepresented in walking, cycling, physical activity and having access to nature. In order to tackle these inequalities, we reach out to and prioritise work with these groups to help meet their specific needs and the barriers they can experience.

We have a responsibility to ensure that our work does not have a negative impact on the world around us and protects, benefits and enhances the people we work with and places we work within. We prioritise work that tackles the climate and nature crises, and embed Environmental Sustainability in all that we do.
