We’re looking for a skilled volunteer in resilience development, with a focus on income generation, to enable York Bike Belles CIC (YBB) to become sustainable and resilient in a challenging world, in line with our Five Year Strategy.

Role Purpose
To advise on and carry out resilience development work for York Bike Belles.
Key Responsibilities
Income Generation: Support with any aspect of income generation, especially drafting substantial applications to grants and trusts, developing Corporate and Community Supporter Offers, and other sources of income such as legacies and individual donors.
Impact Reporting: Support with gathering evidence of impact and drafting professional Impact Reports
Partnerships: Support with developing new, mutually-beneficial partnerships.
Person Specification
- You have excellent skills and experience in income generation, impact reporting and partnership-working.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are a positive advocate for YBB and our work at all times.
- You are willing to walk, cycle or use public transport to get around York for this role.
